We love to keep freeze dried grilled chicken dices and sausage crumbles on hand. These make life easier because you can just toss them into whatever you're making for a quick added protein boost. We add the grilled chicken dices to salads as a delicious topper and mix in the sausage crumbles in our scrambled eggs. If you do it that way you'll just need to rehydrate them first by soaking them and they are good to go...or eat!
