Another great meal in a jar recipe! You can choose to either use Thrive Life's Sausage Crumbles or Thrive Life's Ground Beef. We choose the ground beef this time and it tasted great. When you're meal prepping the meals in a jar, you could choose to make 1/2 with the Thrive Sausage Crumbles and 1/2 with the Thrive Ground Beef or even split the amount per jar in half and use both. These recipes are... Read more →

I know you'll love this Thrive Life story just as much as I did from Lindsay Budge. Thrive Life cherries dumped across my bedroom floor as two giggling children happily shoved fistfuls of the sweet morsels into their red-stained mouths…that was what I walked into just minutes after I’d vacuumed. What a mess! But how could I complain? My toddlers had picked an antioxidant-, vitamin-, and nutrient-packed snack over goldfish crackers or fruit snacks! As... Read more →

Thrive Life is now a certified gluten-free facility, and all products that are certified gluten free have a gluten free symbol on the product label and online product page. As I mentioned in the video, if you are Celiac and looking for certified gluten free freeze dried... Read more →

You know how you get one of those assignments in school and you don't know where to begin? Well, that was me. First I decided to do our top 5 freeze dried foods from Thrive Life. Simple meal that tastes great! We used Thrive freeze dried seasoned chicken slices for this one since we wanted larger chicken pieces than the Thrive chopped chicken. It's already seasoned so it gives the meal a great taste. If you're opting for low sodium, you'll always want to choose the Thrive chopped chicken instead. Another great food from Thrive is the mashed potatoes. We don't eat a lot of potatoes in our house so buying... Read more →

This recipe took about 30 minutes from start to finish. Usually when I'm using Thrive Life freeze dried meats, I just toss in and cook at the same time. You could make this recipe as a toss everything in and cook but this time I refreshed the pulled pork first with a 6 oz. can of pineapple juice. If you don't have extra pineapple juice on hand, you can refresh it with hot water or... Read more →

Thrive Life foods are mostly freeze dried but they do have some dehydrated foods too. When you're shopping on our website, you'll see freeze dried on the shopping page so you can easily tell which foods are freeze dried vs. dehydrated. This brings up the question about what's the difference between the two? Below we've answered that for you and some additional information about freeze dried and dehydrated foods and be sure to check out... Read more →

It's Monday and for many that means Meatless Monday! This recipe is hardy. If you've never had potato gnocchi before, they are dense and have a dumpling like texture. This meal will leave you full. If you want to make it vegan, there is vegan gnocchi available too. We used a tablespoon of Thrive Life green chili peppers but if you like more heat, add an extra tablespoon or two. I love these because I... Read more →

Recently there's been a shortage of flour and eggs. This recipe doesn't contain either and you can make these cookies low sodium as long as you're using unsalted peanut butter. These healthy cookies contain the goodness of peanut butter, strawberries, bananas, applesauce and most importantly...dark chocolate chips. Mmmmm how I love chocolate chips! As you know from my other cookie recipes, I do like to go extra heavy on the dark chocolate chips but for... Read more →

In the video below, I go over some of our most frequent asked questions about Thrive Life and Canada. Most importantly, Thrive Life does ship to Canada! Yay!! What is NFR? NFR stands for “not for resale.” This means that the program is designed for personal use only, and that any Thrive Life products purchased by yourself cannot be resold to someone else. Can a Canadian Thrive Life member still sponsor someone in the US?... Read more →

Delish! This cake is moist with a hint of strawberry and pineapple throughout. It's not overpowering and is a nice mix with the peanut butter and dark chocolate chips. I went light on the strawberries and pineapple addition but making this again, I'll go a 1/2 cup of each. We're using Thrive Life freeze dried fruits in this recipe. Wait until you taste them! You can purchase them in a snackie size, pantry size can... Read more →
