Berry Energy Smoothie
- 1 c. Thrive Blueberries - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. Thrive Strawberry Slices - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. Thrive Raspberries - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. Thrive Greek Style Yogurt Bites - Freeze Dried
- 6 tbsp. Thrive Instant Milk
- 1/2 c. Thrive Chopped Spinach - Freeze Dried
- 3 c. Water
- 12 Ice
Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix well. Pour and serve.
