The bacon and corn saute makes a delicious side dish. We use fully cooked bacon because it makes life easier, quicker and way less clean up. If you choose the fully cooked bacon route, it tastes just as good but you will not have the excess fat to drain. This recipe takes about 10 minutes.
You can also choose to leave the bacon out and make this a vegetarian side dish!
